So our order of work is deliberate. We engage chiefs and local leaders first, in person, before anything else. We treat traditional authorities as gatekeepers to land and social licence, not as a formality. We make local-content maximization visible — jobs, supplier contracts and skills — early enough to be felt rather than promised.
And we protect the water. The pillars sit on the same river the basin lives on; harm to it would end the business as surely as it would harm the communities. That is not a public-relations position. It is the precondition for everything else on this site.
